About Ms. Kirkland
I have only been at MDHS for a couple of years, but it already feels like home.
I received a BA in English from Scripps College in Claremont, CA, and a teaching credential from St Mary's College in Moraga, CA.
I used to work with computers for a living, but now I'm very happy to be teaching instead.
I live on the other side of the hills, in El Cerrito.
I have a husband and a daughter who is almost four year old now!
We have two cats named Clovis and Sabu, and a fish named Lady, even though he's a dude.
I love literature, origami, computers, and teaching!
